Ken Coleman has been on The Gifford School Board since 2010, serving as President from 2014-2017. A native Californian and Stanford graduate, Ken came to Boston in 1979 to attend Harvard Business School and has been here ever since. Since working with Bain and Company in the 1980’s, Ken spent his career in senior executive and consulting roles with start-up and early stage companies in the Boston area, focusing on business development and acquisitions. Now retired, Ken has volunteered since 2011 as Treasurer of The Herren Project, a non-profit started by former NBA player Chris Herren which provides resources and support for the treatment, recovery and prevention of substance use disorder. Ken has also been Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer of his church for the past 20 years.
